You MUST have the required level to cast Netherspells... all sumons have worked for me... just one spells don't work... (sufocating cloud) get a Trainer or use a program like "Art Money" to edit your advance points and test what spells are working or not... I've made my level up to 24 but couldn't use sufocating cloud... just try it... now i Have lvl 9 in nether spells and can cast summon deathlord
