| I wouldn't mind losing yellow lightsabers; can't stand the color. Usually in KotOR I, I would replace Bastilla's color as quickly as possible. But me, I tend to go for the red lightsabers myself, no matter which side I wind up on. I just like the color, although orange is cool, too.
A black lightsaber wouldn't be feasible. It'd be possible in a game, surely, but black is the absence of color; therefore, it wouldn't be much of a lightsaber if a "black" light can't exist.
