| This is a bug in the game. I'm fairly certain it afflicts most people. I had thought it was something to be fixed in patch, I guess not.
To get all the experience from the Giovanni's (which is 3 points total, and a little bit of cash), you need a 9 in persuasion. I believe two of them will cave with their secrets with an 8. There's no other way to get it. |
