Check out Mr. Ox' eyes. Kindred or Kuei-Jin, he's the equivalent of a Malkavian. He's insane. Given that he's set up shop in Chinatown and is clearly of oriental origin, I'd bet he's the Kuei-Jin equivalent rather than actual Malkavian. |
