| Do what Razzy said. Visit the ancient tomb (you enter through the Drowned Nations).Then return to Lothar. If for some reason that doesn't work, there are other skulls you can turn. Attaining one of them might trigger the correct dialogues. The easiest of these to attain is the wererat Mantuok, which can be reached from Lothar's home. |
