| Hmm, well, my chilli con carne always goes down well, and I did curry for a dinner party the other week which was also a success. I don't really tend to measure out ingredients or follow recipes though, to a certain extent I make it up as I go along, especially concerning the amount of spices I add. I tend to just use whatever ingredients I happen to have in the fridge, too, rather than planning and buying particular things to make a meal.
