Doing such an act would work against the very goals of this Senate, in that we are working to achieve a strong, independant nation free of the mistakes of previous leadership. We should be working with the people, creating social systems, and encrouage the development of a social infrastructure before we considering doing anything to hamper the growth of the nation.
If we were to institute a state controlled subsidy system, we would be able to build our economy and infrastructure in a much swifter method, as our people would not be in constant need, nor would that have looming debt over their heads.
