I'd like to see the setting be in Waterdeep and include some quest involving the Undermountain. The story surrounding the Undermountain is pretty cool (see http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ru/20050309a).
Maybe they could even tie in Balduran somehow and have the main character run into him just before he heads off on his fateful voyage to the now known "Werewolf Isle".
