| I think you can get away with just asking one question if you remembered to ask Fhjull how to leave Baator. If you didn't you'll need to ask the pillar that question as well. (The other question you'll need to ask concerns the Fortress of Regrets).
But your path will allow you to return to the other Hive, Clerk's Ward, etc. in due time. So you can head to UnderSigil again in the near future.
Like I said, if you're absolutely not wanting to give up the hit points, you can always betray Fhjull. However, if you do this, make sure you're finished with Fhjull first. He'll turn hostile at this point. |
