Kreia Teachings

Postby Jerome » Mon Dec 10, 2012 3:03 am

One thing I really enjoyed about kotor 2 was listening to Kreia. Yeah she scares me sometimes but she had some VERY realistic teachings for example ***SPOILERS*** when you first arrive on Narshaada and you have the choice to help the 2nd refugee or put fear in his eyes.

I know that's one of many lessons where Kreia really made me think. And I do have her to thank since I've been strictly a jedi fan but I will say I've come to respect the Sith and look further into it than just being the typical bad guy in the movies.

Which is also why I respect Darth Revan a lot. "To to become the Sith Lord out of necessity"
I do respect Kreia too especially when you have that conversation saying: "One does not need to be jedi to know the ways of the Force. I guess the Force cares little for our codes and philosophies."

Any thoughts on Kreia's crazy lessons? I admit when I first played this game Kreia screwed with my head so much lol.

She is an integral part of the story and definitely does make you think about things in real life. I think she was a great character and very interesting. Quite unique in the Star Wars back history. The whole trying to kill the Force thing I still think was a bit crazy though.
I'm back with a vengeance!

Yeah killing the force was a bit overkill but Kreia threw me for a spin there. I had to play the game a few times through to really grasp what she was saying. I do love her teaching on titles. To truly stand for what you believe regardless of what title or label people put on it.
