| When I first played the game, the words of the note (dark blood... alight this verse) and the presence of the SunCo gasoline station in Santa Monica led me to believe that, for some odd reason in this odd city, the Tremere ran a petroleum company in Downtown L.A.
The dark blood being oil, which is used to light up things.
Of course, the Tremere being all that they are, don't resort to such crass materialism. The Tremere Chantry has an unusual, magical aspect about it that is visible from the streets. Simply look up at the buildings and pick out the one that simply screams "Sorcerors live here!" |
