but do u have bg2 installed?
if so try uninstalling that then instal fo2 then bg2 again if u want to play bg :P
and with the fallout.cfg u must follow their paths somehwere written in this forum but with other name

just very strange that u get a bg2 movie :S
wich version of fallout2 u own anyway?
