By the House of Nature, do you mean the plane from the Forgotten Realms cosmos?

If so, then it is a neutral plan, somewhere between the World Tree (the good planes) and the River of Blood (evil). An illustration of such is given in the campaign accessory Player's Guide to Faerun.

Speaking of which, should this really belong in the Forgotten Realms forum?
