d20 is not a good format for any "modern" style or sci-fi style of games, in my opinion.
If you really want to play a Dune game, why not grab the GURPS core books and whip up a version of the world yourself? I'm sure you could do that. Although I'd be careful on how many Paul Atriedes were in the game...
