I've never played Eberon myself but I'm a d&d player, Forgotten Realms mostly, keep that in mind.

I'd say yes, a warforged can play a monk with additional bonusses. If it's not said anywhere that it's not possible, then it is possible.
His armor bonus is 'natural' so I don't think it counts as actuall armor. It's no different then a dragon hide natural armor bonus on a half dragon IMO.

The only thing I can think of is that a monk needs to be fast, a warforged doesn't look fast to me. But I don't know it's racial modifiers.
