Do not think in anyway you will be pressured in writting a part if you are busy, there are more important things in life.
Writters will be on a turn based system, assureing an equal amount of parts for everyone. But if someone is busy and doesn't think they will have time then their turn will be skipped. They will be granted an extra part at a later date if they so desire. |
