Well, I was thinking that Agility would be good to couple with a domain like Trickery, so that you could use a more effective Hide skill that a cleric of Mask or Vhaerun with the Trickery Domain might have. Also, Ellistrae's clerics, according to 'Faiths & Pantheons', are prone to not wear a lot of heavy armor, more than likely leather armor or low-AC penalty chain mail, or even no armor at all, so I thought it might work.
I did realize that Vigilance had somewhat of a shakey domain power. Still, after playing 'The Temple of Elemental Evil', I found it good to have points in Listen and Spot especially, namely to possibly avoid getting your Cleric's pockets picked. Search almost seemed like a decent idea, since a high-Intelligence Cleric had points to place in a lot of skills, and may make detecting traps when a rogue (or equivalent character) is not available.
Like I posted before, some things are subject to change.
