| As far I know, there is no way unless you get some training in Healing. I assume you got a "Scarred by ******, CHA -1", right? You can get rid of those using bandages and the Heal skill, I believe high level heal can even heal scars. I've never tried it with low level heal ... by the way you might consider saving, getting 1 in heal and then training to apprentice, then healing over and over and seeing if maybe 1 in heal + training MIGHT heal scars; this because I bet you wouldn't wanna spend more than 1 character point in heal ...
