keep hitting him with the piercing strike feat to lower his AC then wail away at him. it helps to have your combat reflexes, improved critical, death blow and piercing strike all maxed out. A staff may help you keep him away from you. Also anytime you bleed on him he regenerates a little health, so he keeps healing. just beat the tar out of him.
