| items and how you get them
I have played many Online games. Starwars. Everquest, Final Fantast.
What did I hate about them? The fact that if you ever wanted any cool weopons items armor ect. You did not find them you bought them or had them made.
The pen and paper game was fun and kept you playing for hours because you wanted to see what was in the next room. What treasure will be there.
I reall hope this game does not turn out to be another crafting item and making money to buy items game.
I want to find the items, I want to earn them, I dont want to buy them.
If you have a +3 sword and you don't want it sell it for EXP to a guild. But you should never be able to buy a +3 sword.
Trading items to friends should be watched also. we don;t want 1st lvl fighters with +5 vorpal blades. Trades for magic should not be premited. You should find what you get as it goes for magic items.
Put the fun back into adventuring. Lving up your characture and making gold just so you can buy a +3 sword is not fun. Going though a lair and killing the chieften and taking it of his dead body is fun.
So I ask you how will this be handled? How are you doing magic items aquiring?  |
