| you dont always get every quest. there is a post on this forum called "king leoric help" or something. take a look. as far as dying from swarms you need to divide and conquer. lead a few away from the pack, swat them and repeat. it helps to max your fire resistance when you fight the balrogs. if you still cant finish it, pick up everythign you have lying around in town, save, and start a new game with that character. btw, what class are you using?
