| 18. Call Lightning does 0, 15, 30 & 45 damage on targets depending on level (1, 2, 3, 4. lvl 5 not checked but probably does 60 damage). This damage may be lower if used on targets with resistance -these values I got when testing on townspeople. Since lvl 1 does 0 damage, is it of any use at all on lvl 1? |
