| Wait wait wait, that lead me to the alchemist or the that Ralen guy's place, the one that got murdered...I want to know where the stronghold that some guy builds for you is. Is it in Balmora? Is it south west of Balmora? Is it on a road and easily spotted? What is it close to? Any answers would be much appreciated.
