Salas Valor is in the Godsreach area. Just talk to anyone in High Ordinator armor and eventually you'll find him.
The "whom you may trust" is, IIRC, not really a quest, but advice available through Barenziah. In any case, Helseth is asking to to earn Almalexia's trust a.k.a. spying on her.
Trueflame is part of the Tribunal mainquest. Again follow the walkthrough on this very site. Hopesfire is Almalexia's weapon. You get it at the end of the main quest.
The three daedra... I assume you killed the three atronachs in the cave? You are actually supposed to talk to them and answer their riddles after which you go to the shrine and pray. The riddles are pretty common and you should have heard of them or variations, but if you are not sure just pick up a copy of The Yellow Book of Riddles, the answers are there.
It is kind of hard to find a specific enchanted weapon. Maybe you could go around looking for enchanters, or just using the console. Try 'player -> additem "silver staff of peace" 1', if it doesn't work just look up the staff's ID in the Construction Set under weapons category.  |
