i've never done it personally, since i don't like monks, but here is the basics...
first add this affect to a monk...
type: 0x0000012E
param 1: 0
param 2: 1
flags: 0x00000009
time: 6
prob: 100
target: 0x00000001
resource 3: SPCL915
all other lines blank.
this gives a monk use any item.
then use
CLUAConsole:SetCurrentXP("insert number")
to raise the level of the monk until you're ready to convert to cleric.
convert to cleric...
the avatar will allow you to punch out things, with fists as +4 weapons, you'll inherit the monk magic resistance, speed, etc...
but you'll be a cleric inheriting some, not all of the abilities of a monk.
