I don't really mind level progressions (though as I remember BG I was so difficult at the beginning, I almost gave up...), b/c as I experienced enemies usually matched my powers (well, not when I was level 30, that's true). Anyway, if I'm not a goddess, that makes the game more challenge, if I am, that makes it more fun
What I really worry about is the storyline. I have
never ever seen another game that had such a fantastic story behind as BG II. It is
unbeatable. NWN's story was such a disappointment for me!
So this is what I'm really looking forward to: a new game with a similarly detailed background story, and with similarly interactive and funny characters. I wouldn't mind if the scenes took place in the same land, too! I mean it would be nice to enter Athkatla again, visit the De'Arnise hold, and so on
I have already given up my hopes, though... BG II was such a wonderful, professional work that I can't imagine anyone doing better.
