| Buff your fighters to the insane and melee him to death. Be sure to use Greater Whirlwind/Critical Strike and other HLA's. And summon some planetars/deva's/mordenkainen swords as a decoy. Or use the spell lower resistance in spell triggers, and cast a barrage of death magic on him.
