As for their part in the Warcraft world, I really like Ner'Zhul's cunning, the way he chose Arthas as his champion and how he planned to break free of the Legion's influence. Since they're undead, they may not have much in terms of personnality (except for Arthas, Kel Thuzad and the Lich King), but I like their group as a whole. | The undead are definatly the most well balanced team. Although if you like the undead so much, because you appreciate the story of arthas and the Lich King. I'm not sure if you know this or not, but if you choose undead on World of Warcraft you aren't playing as one of the lich kings loyal servants. You play as one of sylvannis windrunner the banshee archer's servants. From when she betrayed the lich king in WC Frozen Throne. Her army resides somewhere in the remains of Lorderon. She convinced the Horde to let her join, because the orc's also broke free from the Burning Legion and were given a second chance. So I don't know if that sways your decision, but it probably shouldn't.
Arthas won't appear when World of Warcraft first comes out, but they plan to add Northrend to the world as well as other new lands and story. According to what I've learned from Blizzard.
