If you don't need the drakes, hold onto the goods. At some later time you may decide you want to carry more goods, and training in light armor could then become more attractive to you. Having a bunch of glass armor sitting around will be of great benefit, since light armor doesn't get any better than that.
Otherwise, sell the glass goods. And consider adding some well-balanced mods that provide really high end, extremely expensive, highly attractive armor and weapons, like Tenience's Rare Items and Goods Shop (in Pelagiad): fantastic stuff, but costing tens of thousands of drakes. When you can finally afford to buy something from Tenience's, you know it's worth every penny.
