| If you want a really good sniping/efficient party, Brainbot, Cassidy, and Vic all equipped with Gauss Rifles are pretty good at mowing things down. Add in heavy support from Marcus (Bozar, Pulse Rifle, or Turbo Plasma rifle) and You (if you use the Bozar) and it's a pretty good killing machine.
BTW - I think you would need the magnetic personality trait to use all four i mentioned; Vic and Brainbot are the toss-up then.
