| Are you looking for him to collect Becky's debt money for the first time or is this the second time you are trying to find him to collect what he owes you? The first time he looks like anyother jet addict or beggar and you just have to talk to the bums until you find him - often walking from Flick's towards Becky's. The second time he is in a tuxedo and is usually in Flick's place. I couldn't find him the second time in my last game but then I remembered that I was forced to kill one of the bums while doing the Den quests. For some inexplicable reason a bum (possibly Fred) attacked my char for no apparent reason and I wasted him. Did you kill any of the junkies or bums in the Den earlier? - if so you may have killed him.
