So I'm one tiny step away from becoming councilman of the Redoran. All I need is to solve the corruption quest in caldera. The thing is, I've found the 'secret Caldera ledger' & brought it to the guy on the second floor of the guvernor's hall that it belongs to (I think). However, he just goes on about me needing proof before I accuse him, even if I have the ledger with me!
What gives? Does it belong to someone else, or do I need to do something else first? Is it a bug? (My answer to everything I can't figure out...
)
I really want a seat at that council...
