I'm a big fan of Tactics and all the Wes mods in general. However, a very well written critique of the mod by Six of Spades can be found here, which highlights a number of possible areas for improvement etc. It does contain some adult language, so if that sort of thing offends, don't go there.  Edit: it was originally written about V15 and subsequent versions of the mod have addressed a number of these issues.
