...tested a +6 CHA cloak on my sorcerer:
no extra spells she should get with CHA 25 !
...as stated somewhere else in this forum the headband of intellect doesn't give extra spells too !
...seems to be completely broken !!
...how did survive this both (Atari & Co8) patches ?!!
