| The town you start at is Seyda Neen and Arilles has everything basic like common stuff, common scrolls, weapons, armor, clothes etc...
You should be able to find bows in there. As well as Balmora.
Speechcraft helps you get info easier. You may need it though its been like a month since ive played.
Not good with armorer
I don't focus on stealth
I dunno about # 5 as well
