Hhmmm nice guide, thou it may be missing something (or maybe not) but doesn't the purchase of the Keepsake locket in the docks area have an affect on the romance?
the dialogue certainly seems a little romantic.
If so it may or may not be why dermin doesn't show up (not that i've done any testing in this reguard)
