To find Jaheira's LOVETALK in Shadowkeeper, make sure her portrait is showing, then click on the affects tab. Scroll down the list until you see LOVETALK. The value you're looking for is under parameter 1. In-game, you can find the value by holding the mouse cursor over her portrait and entering the following at the console:
