| It is not unusual to drop items (as opposed to them disappearing) if your characters pack is full. For instance, if you use the spider figurine, once the daily charge is spent it will be removed from your quick slot and placed back in your inventory. If your characters inventory is full, the item will be dropped to the floor. They should complain about not being able to carry any more though...
