Thanks guys

It is kinda an empty feeling not haveing much to do at the moment, first time in 3 months where I'm not thinking in various system-diagrams or bits and bytes.

Remember, whatever you do DON'T take a job at the place where you did your thesis. You will end up being 1:st, 2:nd and 3:rd line support for that system until you either die or quit :-)
There is likely not much in the system we have made that the company can use. We didn't have time to complete the full system, but the size of it was to large. But we did make some various conclusions that they might be able to use.
Without getting to techincal - we didn't have time to make the system multiple-user (was our goal that it could support 100 simultanious users withouth any significant loss of response time)

But I wouldn't mind getting a job out at that company - we have to go and speak about our program at the company .... yikes ... but will wait till after the exame.

What is interesting about our project compared to many other systemdevelopment for such projects is - to quote a wellknown song - we did it our way
We defined our own models and used thoese and so on. Nothing much we did was taken from standard theories, wich I quite like. Hope the people judgin it feel the same way

Many congratulations, Xan and good luck with defending your thesis. Is this your Master thesis?
Well - I think ... in the academic world - it would be equvivalent to an undergraduate. I dunno excatly It was a 2 1/4 programming/computer systemdevelopment - line at a buisness college. So it isn't directly translatable into the university classifications. But it would be considere the "master thesis" for the education, but it's not a degree of some sort - just our best bet for getting a job in the real world

Congrats, @Xandax. Nice going. How do you plan on relaxing to celebrate?
Spend more time behind my own computer - instead of that 400mHz P2 I have used at school for last 3 months

Oh - and spend more time in SYM
