It *is* great, but why should it put KotoR in "a class of its own?" BG2 (both SoA and ToB) were doing this years ago. In fact, Bioware simply carried over its random dialog pieces between NPCs. If you like 'em, try those other games, and pay especial attention to any random party NPC interactions which involve Jan, the thief/mage gnome. (I really got a kick out of how Jan would rib Sarevok, the evil fighter who was actually the villain in BG1, and whom you could reclaim from the dead in BG2/ToB. Loved to hear Jan call the hulking theater-of-destruction "Binky."
