| I also had trouble in the fighters guild because I had already bribed eydis fire-eye as a member of the theives guild. I had to turn from percius and do the quests for the orc in vivec and then after I killed the 2 people he wanted me to kill I could advance no further and Sjoring would not give me any quests.
