| The way I found him was going through the Dune Sea to the Eastern Dune Sea waypoint dealy, then hitting the Sand People Territory. Just after the screen loads up you should see a couple of speeders sitting off in the distance. You fight his assault droid, then you can reprogram it to do your bidding. After you reprogram the droid it cuts to a sequence where you follow the droid to find Vorn.
