The Xbox doesn't have alot of other programs running in the background using RAM and CPU power... I mean, just WindowsXP will require 128MB ram to run properly.
Besides, the PC version will likely have enhanced graphics... and from what I hear, the Xbox version doesn't exactly have a great framerate .
If you are going to upgrade your computer, make it last atlest a year, not just to meet the Kotor requirements
