As I've remarked here before, it appears plenty of people dislike him more than me.
But in fairness to any President, the State of the Union address is nothing more than high cholesterol, free publicity. It never contains any details, only broad statements, and it never changes any minds. As I recall, Bush said Powell would deliver the "smoking gun" of Iraq to the public on the 5th. That might be worth hearing--assuming you believe that there is any reason one nation should sit in self-appointed judgement of another's existence, of course.
