If by "finish Watcher's Keep" you mean "kill everything you meet", then the answer is "no". I don't think you can even make it down to the last level, since there are some monsters standing in your way that are difficult even for a high level party (20th Level or higher).
With all due respect, I think you need to be more resourceful when you play the game. For example, you might have been able to figure out how to kill the ice golems on your own if you had read the Acid Mage's journal. It's a bit cryptic, but the second level of Watcher's Keep is meant to be a puzzle, and you're supposed to solve it. You might be used to rushing in and trying to kill every monster you meet (it works most of the time), but it wouldn't hurt to slow down a little, take in the view, so to speak, and think about the things you see. Watcher's Keep is beautifully constructed, and the more I think about it, the more I appreciate it.
