Personally, I've always been a big fan of the Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, and Fatal Fury movie soundtracks. They do have some good songs (with the exeptions of the ones they play constantly by re-writing two notes and calling it a "mix" version). But who knows? There are a LOT of good animes out there!  Like Yu Yu Hakusho (which unfortuantly doesn't have a soundtrack as far as I know of) and MiyukiChan in Wonderland. I could name a hundred of 'em.
