| this happened to me as well - the vial in the North most location seemed to disappear when I went back to pick it up.
However, for some reason I was able to buy a vial of nagas blood from Nottle a little later in the game to complete the set of 4. It just appeared in his inventory.
Mind you, it wasn't really worth it ... |
