| It will be a first person, realtime CRPG--somewhat like M&M IX and Wizardry 8, but with only one character (which makes realtime possible). The depth of reality is supposed to be incredible, as well as the ability to fashion your character as you wish. Check out the Game Info thread for some details.
As for bugs, that's exactly why Bethesda is spending an extra month-and-a-half on this game: bug-squashing, and nothing but. Otherwise, it's been finished for quite some time.
