| This a common problem with the game, and I've spent the last few days trying to remember how to bypass it. I'm pretty sure you don't need to be right next to him in order to talk to him, but you do need to click on him. I wish I could help further, but it's been over a year since I have played the game, and never encountered the problem myself. |
