| I've never played one. A wild mage is similar to a mage, but has access to several more spells dealing with wild magic. Every time a wild mage casts a spell, he has a 5% chance of experiencing a wild surge, which effects range from good to funny to annoying to very bad. A wild mage's casting level varies whenever he casts a spell.
